2024 Marquette Volleyball

Ahead of the 2024 season for the defending Big East champion Marquette Volleyball team, I was tasked with designing the brand look for the season to be used across social media and in the Al McGuire Center, where the team plays. The team needed a fresh and cohesive look that could easily be replicated by other interns. Before forming any ideas, I met with supervisors, SIDs and Assistant Athletic Directors to build a brief for the project. I then conducted my own research on other Division 1 volleyball programs to find what may work and what wouldn't I built a mood board with colors, effects, photos, and concepts and begun constructing a brand toolbox of assets to be used across each template. I used this toolbox in the creation of all pieces of this project. This project resulted in a fresh look that distinguished Marquette Volleyball from other programs, and placed emphasis on individual players. It was used throughout the 2024 season for many different social media posts and print projects.
